You can now pay your bill online via our secure bill pay service ub-pay.com Your payment will be processed through EZNETPAY, which collects a small convenience fee of $3 per $100 of bill payment. No portion of this fee goes to our Association.
Even if you don’t plan on paying your bill online, you may want to register your account to enable you to view your billing and water usage history. Registration is free.
Before you can pay your bill online at ub-pay.com, you will need to register your account. If you have a Pop-Up Blocker turned on, please turn it off before you begin. Please take note of the below instructions before proceeding.
At ub-pay.com, type your first and last name as they appear on your bill. When asked for the Municipality Code, enter PineGroveCA665.
