Rick Schultz – President
I have been a Pine Grove Community Service District Board member for 2 1/2 years. I was employed with 4 companies totaling 45 years in the transportation industry, specifically a manager in the railroad heavy equipment field. I have been a resident of Pine Grove for 8 years, but with deep family roots in Amador County back to the 1800’s. My motivation to join and be a member of the Board relates to improving the features of the Board, to bring it into the 21st Century and make the clients proud of what we accomplish, for them.
Kevin McCann – Vice President
As the newest member to the P.G.C.S.D., Kevin McCann brings 35 years of management and customer service skills to the board. Having moved from Southern California to attend college, he graduated from C.S.U. Sacramento in 1992. Upon graduation he decided to stay in Northern California. He and his wife moved to Amador County in 2003, and have been residing in Pine Grove since 2014. They feel fortunate to live and work in Pine Grove. For Kevin, being able to give back to the community he loves is a welcomed opportunity.
Richard Schlaman – Finance Director
Richard Schlaman joined the Pine Grove CSD in April 2018. Richard owned and operated a dental lab for 35 years and spent 45 years in the dental field. He has a bachelors in science and minor in chemistry. He is a Director in Lion’s club and was invited 10 years in a row to be in the ‘Who is Who’ in the library of congress. Richard leads the Board financial efforts. He joined the water board because of his interest in the community and the future of the water in our area.
Paul Johnston – Director
Paul Johnston has served on the Pine Grove Community Service District Board for 14 years. Paul brings 30 years of sales and management skills to our district. He has been a Pine Grove resident for 29 years. Paul is a Veteran of the Korean War. He enjoys being active and serving his community.
Jay Ollig – Director
Jay Ollig joined the Board of Directors in 2006. Jay brings 40 years of experience to the District in construction, mechanical and plumbing skills. Jay joined the board because he wants to serve his community.
